The 3rd annual conference on “Intra–City Transportation” was organized by India Infrastructure Magazine at New Delhi.

Amit Bhatt from EMBARQ was invited to present at the conference. He made two presentations, one on Indore city bus operations and the other on Best Practices in Sustainable Transportation

Mr Bhatt also spoke on the guidebook for bus operations & planning being developed by EMBARQ as part of a “Low Carbon High Growth” program for the British High Commission.

The conference was attended by over 100 delegates including officials from Ministry of Urban Development, IID Delhi, CEPT Ahmedabad, Municipal Authorities and consulting firms.

The event was held on July 27th & 28th 2010 at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi.
