Chief Minister of Rajasthan Mr Ashok Gehlot formally launched the bus services on 31st July 2010.

200 new buses are procured under the JnNUM Program and will provide sustainable transport to the residents of the city.

EMBARQ is providing assistance to the local authority, Jaipur City Transport Services Limited (JCTSL) to manage operations and also with Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) planning for the city bus services.
